Reasonable Suspicion Training for Drugs and Alcohol
Department of Transportation Regulations Part 382.603 require that all persons designated to supervise operators of commercial motor vehicles who hold Commercial Driver’s Licenses, receive at least two hours of training on Alcohol Misuse and Controlled Substance use.
